The apartment is light, airy and air-conditioned. T he lounge area has French doors opening onto a magnificent view beyond, via the large tiled patio, and inside, comfortable furnishings with television.
The modern kitchen consists of full sized cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster, with a table and chairs for eating inside.
Most guests though will spend their time outside. The large covered private balcony will be a welcome retreat after a 'hard' day on the beach. During the evening though, the distant twinkling lights will ensure a romantic atmosphere. |
The master double bedroom is at the rear of the apartment with French doors opening directly onto the main balcony. It also provides lots of hanging space in the modern built in wardrobes.
The second bedroom is a twin bedded room, again with built in wardrobes.
The newly fitted bathroom is situated between the two bedrooms, and is a half bath with shower unit over, w.c and vanity unit with mirror. |

The pool is 10m x 5 and has extensive sunbathing areas. It is located below the villa, and accessed by a flight of stone-flagged steps.
Surrounding the apartment entrance door is a collage of pebbles and small rocks carefully designed and constructed by the owner, Leo, who has taken his time to perfect a 'different look' for the entrance of this unique apartment.
At the rear of the villa there is a parking area and a some steps down to the entrance of the apartment. |
