Dassia was once just a sleepy hamlet with a couple of fish tavernas, looking out to the blue Ionian Sea. Today the sea is just as blue and the restaurants just as good however, like neighbouring Ipsos, Dassia has become one of Corfu's favourite resorts.
The beach is a long shingly strip offering excellent watersports from large wooden platforms moored out in the open bay, including water-skiing, pedaloes, windsurfing and parascending, Friendly bars, tavernas and cafés overlook the beach, and the fun-loving holiday atmosphere lasts all summer long. |
